Abstract
212,072. Davidson, J. Feb. 14, 1923. Connecting-rods; pistons. - Internal - combustion engines with two power pistons, 1 working in conjunction with a single charge pump piston 3 have the pistons connected so that the power pistons can move laterallv with respect to the pump piston. The attachment consists of inward flanges 5 on the power pistons gripped by plates 6 bolted to the pump piston, the bolts 10 being used to connect the gudgeon 12. Clearance is left between the edges of the flanges 5 and the plates 6.
