Abstract

211,694. Zeiler, M. Feb. 15, 1923. Battery lamps.-In portable electric battery lamps in which the bulb is reversible so as to dispense with a separate switch, the bulb 4 is fitted into a plug 1 adapted to fit in either direction in a socket 17 embedded in the cast top of the battery, and the socket is connected by a conductor 18 to one pole of the battery, the other pole being connected to a conductor 13 lying between insulating-strips 14, 15 and adapted to contact with the central contact 5 of the bulb.
