Abstract

344,169. Battery lamps. ELEKTROTECHNISCHE FABRIK SCHMIDT & CO., GES., Bodenbach-on-Elbe, Czecho-Slovakia. Feb. 3, 1930, No. 3649. Convention date, Feb. 8, 1929. [Class 39 (ii).] An electric battery lamp is provided with an insulating strip 5 on which are mounted a contact bridge 7 provided with a contact 11 for a hand switch and split blade contacts 10 for one battery terminal, and a disc contact 13 cooperating with the centre terminal 2 of the lamp and having a further blade contact 15 for the other battery terminal. The strip 5 which extends over a small portion of the casing wall is secured thereto by tongues 4, a further insulating strip being pro. vided between the casing and strip 5.
