Abstract

205,953. Westgate, J. Sept. 7, 1922. Casings or drums with internal revolving cutters.-A machine for slicing seeds, beans, &c. comprises a pair of relatively-moving rotary cutterdiscs B arranged at opposite sides of a space enclosed by gauze &c. E to contain the material to be treated. The cutters b' are obliquely arranged in apertures b in the discs. The seeds &c. are fed from a hopper A, and the cut material passes through the discs into a receptacle C. The discs may rotate in opposite directions.
