Spring wheels. - In wheels of the kind comprising a pneumatic cushion B mounted on a rim F and supporting a ring E which is provided with a tyre C, the transverse curvature of the ring E is less than that of the cushion B, and the ring E is connected to the tyre C by a centrally disposed web D. A casing G encloses the pneumatic cushion and has a peripheral slot, which may be provided with anti-friction bearings H, Fig. 3, for the web D.
