Abstract

Perforating or dividing by fusion.- The movements of the torch of a metal-cutting machine, such as described in Specification 202,687, are controlled by a templet D arranged above the supporting and feeding slides B, C<3>. The slide B, carrying the torch, has a pin C<5>, kept in contact with the templet as described in the prior Specification, and is connected to the feed slide C<3> by a link C' which pulls or pushes it. The templet D is made of sheet metal and attached to a hinged arm E so that it can be moved out of the way when desired. The arm E may be carried by a wall or any fixed part.
