Latex, treating; plastic composiiions containing india-rubber and cement. - Latex is mixed with an equal weight of Portland cement made fluid with water; the mixing is coagulated and rolled into lace crepe; the latter is then dried at a temperature below 160‹ F. and is finally rolled into sheets or moulded under pressure to form articles. The product is not vulcanized.
