Abstract
202,535. Braley, C. L. Sept. 18, 1922. Disinfecting-chambers.-In laundry drying apparatus, hot air is forced upwardly through clothes movable freely in a drying-chamber 1 and the delivery of the blast is controlled by a valve 19 so as to tumble the clothes first in one direction and then in another. Fresh cold air, a disinfecting gas, ozone, or a deodorizing or perfuming agent may be admitted through valves 16, 18 and mix with the hot air if desired.
