Inductances. - Inductance coils for wireless apparatus comprising superimposed layers of helical turns crossing one another to provide a cellular structure are wound in open or coarse turns leaving large gaps between the crossing points, for example in layers of four turns b - - e, which build up at the crossing points g, and after a number of repetitions the layers are displaced laterally to build up at intermediate points as indicated along turn d.
