Folding and collapsable tables.-A table with legs adapted to fold against the underside of the top comprises four stationary frame rails h each of which abuts at one end against another four legs A each pivotally connected to the projecting end of one of the rails at the outer side, a screw-threaded pin f on each stay projecting through and forming a sliding fit with a slot g in the corresponding rail, and a winged screw nut k on each pin to clamp the rail between it and the corresponding stay. Parts of reduced thickness are formed on the frame rails to accommodate the stays when the legs are folded. When the legs are fully unfolded, the pins k abut against one end of each slot g in each rail.
