Abstract

200,629. Otremba, F. May 3, 1922. Vehicle lamps, directing.-In means for directing motor-vehicle head lamps from the steering- gear, the lamp-carrying spindles 10 are journaled in bearings 9 secured to the front axle 1 of the vehicle, and are operated by arms 21 connected by links 18 to sockets 16 adapted to be screwed upon bolts 5 which are usually provided on the steering-knuckles 3 of cars of the Ford type to which the invention is applicable. The spindles are further supported by bracket arms 11 secured to the body of the car, and the lamps are adjustably mounted on the spindles as indicated at 15.
