Abstract
200,312. Tolley, C. May 30, 1922. Cambrels.-A bracket for suspending meat comprises front and rear members hinged together, means for holding them at any angle relative to one another, and means for supporting rails on the front member. The front member b, hinged at c to the rear member a attached to a wall, carries supports e for rails f on which joints of meat are hung to hooks g<1>. The member b is adjusted relatively to a by means of a strut d hinged to one member and engaging in one of a series of recesses a<1> in the other, or by other suitable means. The strut d alternatively passes through a slot in the front member, and a pin passing through the front member engages one of a series of holes in the strut.
