Tyre valves.-A tyre valve of the type having a, lift valve member mounted in a supplementary casing adapted to be screwed into the main casing has the supplementary casing B provided with a conical shoulder L adapted to make a metal to metal joint with a ledge S formed on the casing A. The dust cap D has a square projection V for screwing the inner casing B into position, and is fitted internally with a loose cup E containing a washer F and provided with a projection P for pushing the valve off its seat when the cap is screwed home. The inner casing has air ports N, G, II, and has a perforated stop C slidably mounted in it. For deflating, the inner casing may be screwed out to allow air to escape through the port N.
