13,852. Auldjo, L. C. June 8. Radial-flow turbine pumps.-The pump impeller comprises disks h having corrugations in which blades f are fitted. Facing the disks are casing-plates g similarly corrugated and forming with the disks sinuous bladed passages. Fig. 1 shows the corrugations cut at an angle of about 60 degrees, but the angle may be as much as 90 degrees. The disks may be differently arranged, and several pumps may be combined in series.
