Abstract

10,171. Scholz, V. May 17, 1913, [Convention date]. Electrodes.-Colloidal graphite is employed with a depolarizer, such as manganese dioxide, particularly in dry cells, to obtain a more nearly uniform electromotive force suitable for running table lamps &c. The colloidal graphite may be obtained by Bredig's method of electric pulverization, or by Kuzel's process of subjection to acids or alkalis.
