3426. Cooper, S. Feb. 10. Detachable-rim attachments to wheels.-The detachable rim J is secured between a fixed angle-ring. B and a detachable flange C by bolts F and washer-plates G adapted to close the notches E in the flange. The arrangement is such that on slacking the bolts, the plates G may be moved to allow the passage of the notched flange to release the rim J. One or more grooves H, H<2> may be formed in the plates G to receive the edge of the ring B.
