Rims; tyre attachments to rims.- The rim comprises a main part a having a tyre-retaining flange b at one side and a deep groove c at the other side to receive the detachable flange d formed in hinged segments. The ends of the flange d may be locked by a bolt or snap fastening. As shown, the flanges are perpendicular to the rim base and formed with solid inturned beads b<1>, d<4>.
