Steam - p r e s s u r e sprayers.-To reduce the temperature in a baker's oven before inserting the goods, water is sprayed into the oven by means of atomizers arranged at one or both ends of the oven. The atomizers comprise a casting f screwed into the wall of the oven and containing a chamber m supplied from a pipe l with steam, which issues through the annular orifice i' around the nozzle h, supplied with pressure water from the pipe g, into the flared discharge member k. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 2900/12.
