Abstract

Enamelling.-In coating surfaces with fusible material by melting and spraying it against the surface, as described in Specification 28,001/12, the feed of the material, the melting, and the spraying are effected automatically or mechanically at a proportional rate. For this purpose, an air blast passes through a turbine i, which actuates a feed-roller. b for the rod a of coating-material, and then passes through a tube k to a blowpipe nozzle d. The air and gas supply are controlled simultaneously by a valve g, and independent auxiliary regulators are also provided.
