Pipe and rod cutters.-A pipe or rod cutter is provided with a pivoted arm 5 carrying an adjustable knife 16 and a pair of guiding-rollers 13, and is adapted to be pressed towards the work bv a screw and nut 9, 11 and spring 10, the body B being provided with an adjustable knife 2 and two pairs of rollers 4. The outer end 8 of the arm 5 is provided with a slot to enable the tensioning screw 9 to be readily swung out of engagement with the rim. Holes 6, 7 are provided to enable the pivot point of the arm 5 to be varied.
