Abstract

13,456. Daniel, P. June 11, 1912, [Convention date]. Channels in pistons and cylinders of revolving- cylinder internal - combustion engines. The Specification as open to inspection describes the arrangement shown in Fig. 3 (Cancelled) for facilitating the escape of surplus lubricating oil. The oil is thrown out by centrifugal force, and after passing through ports 29, 30, escapes at the end of each up-stroke through ports 31 .in the cylinder walls. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
