(AREA)
Abstract
11,627. Mowbray, J. W., and Chambers, J. H. May 19. Spray carburettors.-Mixture from a carburettor is gasified and conducted to a chamber to which extra air is admitted. The mixture from the carburettor passes through a tube D<3> to a pipe E enclosed in the heating-chamber F. It is thus gasified and passes to the mixing- chamber A provided with an extra-air valve B which actuates the fuel needle valve G of the carburettor through a spindle B and cam H. The mixing-chamber is carried by an arm G' on the cap D.
