Shelves and shelf fittings; cupboards. - A screen for use with provision shelves is adapted to slide in guides in uprights, and to be held in position by spring-pressed balls. The end uprights a, a are connected by bars b, c, and the intermediate upright d is removable. Each upright is provided with recesses h containing balls g pressed against the edges of the screens by the springs i. The screens f are preferably made of corrugated and perforated celluloid, secured in m e t a l or wooden frames, and end pieces k, of the same material, carrying racks l, may be provided to enclose completely the adjustable shelves m.
