Hand - wheels. - A steering - wheel for motor-vehicles is formed of a hub A having screw-threaded holes to receive the threaded ends of the spokes B, and a rim D furnished with nipples or sockets C to receive the outer ends of the spokes. The wheel may be held on the post F by a nut G which bears against the inner ends of the spokes. The sockets C are stamped from sheet metal and have a narrow rim and a closed inner end. The wheel may be covered with celluloid.
