A second disk e is formed with a rim e<1> and an inwardly-turned flange e<2> enclosing the cushion. A plate f secured to the boss prevents lateral displacement. In a driving-wheel, teeth a<1> on the disk a engage recesses a<2> in the flange e<2>.
