Machine guns. - Relates to the ejectors for Maxim and like gnns, and consists in replacing the usual spring at the entrance to the ejection tube B by a spring catch C, which does not exert a holding influence upon the cartridge case but permits the case to be ejected freely by the supporting-spring A' in the cartridge-carrier A when the latter rises.
