Window holders; vehicle windows. - Relates to a sliding vehicle window which can be held in various open positions and is closed automatically, when the door is opened, by springs or by weights e connected to the sash by cords b passing over pulleys c. The sash j is held open by a sliding spring-bolt f, on the door frame, adapted to be moved out so that its hooked end f engages over angle-plates i on the sash, the curved edges i<1> of the plates being disengaged from the bolt when the door is opened.
