[Addition to 22,359/11.] Extrusion machines. - In forming closed hollow bricks by means of a rotary pyramidal core situated in the mouthpiece 2 of an extrusion press, as described in the parent Specification, the core 1 is provided with a curved blade 9 to conduct additional material into the hollow bar 4. By suitably arranging the dimensions of the core and blade, separate closing-walls 5 for each block can be introduced, so that it is only necessary to sever the bar 4. The core may be curved, as shown.
