Abstract

1412. Peek, Frean, & Co., and Rondolin, L. Jan. 19. Sheet - cutting machines. - In making perforated biscuits, the dough is displaced at the required parts so as to produce perforations without waste. The dough sheet is passed between a plain roller b and a roller a fitted with cutters f and projections a<1>. The dough is carried through the rollers and back to the feed band w, Fig. 1, by means of auxiliary bands h, i ; or the band w may be arranged as shown in Fig. 5.
