Pivoted-window opening and closing apparatus.-The swinging windows of greenhouses &c. are opened and closed by an horizontallysliding rod c mounted parallel to the windows a, to which it is connected by bent links b, the elbows of which are slotted to engage fixed pins f when the windows are nearly closed, thereby enabling the windows to be closed tightly. The rod is mounted between rollers on fixed brackets d, and may be manipulated by cords or the like.
