Wet presses.-In a paper-making machine, the paper web from the wet press b is delivered to a guide-roller h at approximately the same level from which it drops vertically downwards to the turning- press c, a second rotatable roller g delivering the web into the turning-press. A free passage C across the machine is provided for the convenience of the attendant.
