28,457. Worsnop, C. H. Dec. 7. Holders.-In a lamp for motor-cars, the lampholder A is held adjustably in the lantern casing by means of a split tapered threaded sleeve B and nut C. An insulator D carrying the usual connecting-pins and springs in the lamp-holder, and having a central hole for the wire W, is retained by a brass cap G and union ring E, which are formed separate, as shown, or made in one piece.
