Electric-lamp casings.-In an electric lamp in which the focusing-arrangement for the bulb is removable with the bulb from the rear of the .casing, in which it is secured by a screw-thread S, the bulb-bolder is gripped by an annular wedge B of fibre, vulcanite, or rubber, which is compressed between the member A and a wing-nut C. The annular wedge B, if of fibre or vulcanite, is a divided ring as shown in Fig. 3. Specification 17,502/13 is referred to. The Provisional Specification states also that more than one collar (such as B) may be used.
