11,548. Benn, C. H. May 10. Spray carburettors.- Fuel nozzles that have a conical contracted end and are surrounded by an adjustable bell or cone through which the gas to be carburetted passes are provided with a collar f, which may be square, hexagonal, or the like, and on either side of the collar a screw thread is formed. The lower thread holds the nozzle in position, while the upper threard receives a boss c and check nut e which serve for the adjustment of the bell or cone b. Where several nozzles are employed, each may have its air cone, or the whole of them may be surrounded by a single cone.
