Abstract

18,737. Schulze, E. Aug. 14, 1908, [Convention date]. Drawings to Specification. Cycles and systems of working.-The invention relates to four-stroke-cycle engines of the type in which fuel is fed to a chamber in open communication with the combustion chamber and in which air enters the chamber during compression and is carburetted, the explosion expelling the rest of the fuel, and consists in guiding the air over the surface of the fuel so that all the fuel is taken up by the air before ignition.
