Cylinders, cooling. - Water is circulated through the jackets 2 of the cylinders which revolve about the shaft 9. The water enters at 5, flows along the axial pipe 1 to a chamber 6, thence it passes through ports 8 into the jacket and flows out through other ports to a passage 11 surrounding the exhaust pipe 3, finally escaping at 12.
