In one process, a viscous solution of dextrin is mixed with a little sugar solution, and is then made into a dough with germ flour, the mixture being baked &c. as usual. In a modification, dextrin solution is mixed with cooked wheat germ, sugar is added, and the whole is made into a dough with flour.
