Dyeing.-A table, consisting of side frame carrying rollers 4, is provided with an endless band 10, composed of laths 30, which rest on the rollers 4 and are carried over large rollers 6, 7, at the ends of the table. The roller 6 is actuated, through a pawl and ratchet arrangement, by a handle 20, thus actuating the band, so that layers of piece goods 12, 13, 14, carried on the band, may be moved forward to undergo dyeing, or other operations.
