Abstract

Sharpening.-Relates to a workholder for planeirons, chisels, &c., which consists of a plate A, adjustably clamped to the grindstone trough, upon which is pivoted, so as to be free to swing in a horizontal plane, a block B provided with lugs. Levers C, pivoted to these lugs, support between them a device D, in which the tool is clamped, and which may be set at any required position in the length of the levers.
