Reamers. - Detachable cutters, provided with two cutting edges, for reamers or like tools have one edge at an acute angle for cutting and the other edge at an obtuse angle so as to produce a blunt shaving action, the two angles being chosen so that one cutter may be used for reamers of various diameters. The cutter a, when secured by screws to a small body b has a cutting edge d and a blunt edge e, but when secured to a large body c the edge d is blunt and the edge e cuts.
