Cooking-stoves.-A cooking-stove comprises an inner oven chamber A mounted in an outer casing B having an inlet aperture D in the base to admit gases from a burner which pass between the casings to outlets at the upper part of the stove. A water-tank E forming a bain marie is arranged in the top space between the casings, there being openings in the top-plate to receive cooking-vessels L. A circulation-pipe N extends from the tank E into the bottom space 'between the casings, and preferably forms a loop round the opening D; one of the vertical limbs of this pipe may be of greater diameter than the other, to promote circulation. The top and bottom walls of the outer casing are formed with flanges V fitting over the side walls. The oven walls, door, and shelves are preferably of aluminium, the bottom being protected by a disc Z of cast iron or other heat-resistant material. Valvecontrolled ventilation openings are provided in the door and roof. The oven door is provided with a glass, mica, or like window. A number of ovens may be arranged in one casing.
