Abstract

184,694. Henley's Telegraph Works Co., Ltd., W. T., and Nichols, W. H. Aug. 13, 1921. Covers..-In a casing A for electric cut-outs and similar apparatus of the kind which is secured to a wall or equivalent support and furnished with a vertically hinged detachable cover B, the cover is arranged for vertical movement on the hinge c, and projections D, E are formed on case and cover respectively so that on reaching the fullyclosed position the cover becomes automatically locked with sufficient security to prevent accidental reopening. The projections have elements d, e which mutually interlock and comprise curved or bevelled faces which cause the cover to lift on its binges in closing and opening.
