Windscreens ; luggage and like holders.-The scuttle of a motor vehicle, which is pivoted to the back of the front seats, is provided on its under side with one or more receptacles into which are adapted to slide detachable screen members which can be withdrawn when required in use and fitted to the rear edge of the scuttle. The members C of celluloid or glass are mounted in light frames having projections C<3> adapted to engage one or more undercut sockets D upon the scuttle A or body sides and the engaging movement engages a recessed slot C<5> over a clamping nut and bolt E<3>. When not required in use, the screen members C are housed out of sight in the receptacles A<3>.
