Abstract

244,356. Troke, T. P. July 13, 1925. Luggage holders; seats and seat backs, arrangement of; covers, wagon and like; collision-guards. -In a touring car convertible into a commercial vehicle, a tailboard 19 is provided which when turned down may accommodate luggage, a pivoted metal strap 39 being provided for securing the luggage in position. A tyre holder 77 and tyre serves as a rear bumper as shown, and also serve to support the tailboard in the open position. The hood 32, Fig. 4. is provided with a rectangular rear opening and curtains 43, 48, 52 are adapted to be clipped to the hood, metal strap 39, and to each other to provide a covered-in rear portion. The rear seat is divided into two parts, the seat 24 'and seat back 28 of one part being adapted to be turned down as shown in Fig. 1.
