Abstract

177,469. Raggett, A. Oct. 3, 1921. Springs, arrangement of.-A spring suspension for a perambulator comprises a main longitudinal spring A, horizontally arranged U-shaped members C secured to the base B of the spring A, and compression springs D bearing against the upper arms of the members C and against the. axles F. The springs D are carried by bolts E which pass through apertures in the axles, and the main springs on each side of the perambulator are connected by a cross-bar G. The ends of the main spring are Cee-shaped and are directly carried by cross-bars passing through the body.
