Portable gas stoves.-A portable gas stove comprises a stand b with a non-atmospheric burner consisting of a cap g fitted over a batswing or like burner and having apertures in the top, as described in Specification 150,481, [Class 75 (i), Burners &c.]. Fig. 3 shows a toasting-device for placing on the stove, comprising a metal plate having an up-turned flange h to which are fitted wires or metal strips k arranged slightly above the top surface of the plate. A plain metal plate is provided on which flat-irons, dishes, &c., may be heated. Fig. 4 shows a heating-device comprising a conical container open at top and bottom which is filled with fire-balls or other heatradiating material and supported on the stove by the flange m.
