Disc wheels; spring wheels.- A tyre A is supported between peripheral grooves F in discs B, C carried by the hub, and radial slits E are made in the discs to provide resiliency. The tyre A may be of rubber or other material and may be either con. tinuous or in segments. In a modification, the tyre is held between grooves in annular plates which have radial slits and are secured to a wheel body by transverse bolts.
