Driving - mechanism. -The various rotary elements of a paper mill or other machine are divided into a number of groups each connected to the motor member B of an hydraulic transmission gear of the Williams- Janney or other type, the pumping-members A being operated from a common source of power 11. The gearchanging means 14 of each gear are simultaneously operated through a shaft 15, means being also provided for permitting individual adjustment.
