167,773. Kegresse, A. Aug. 12, 1920, [Convention date]. Motor-cars, wagons, and the like; stands or supports for vehicles.-To enable wheeled vehicles to pass over trenches and other depressions in the ground, the axle near each wheel is fitted with an arrangement of beams carrying rollers or endless bands which engage the ground when the ordinary wheel drops into a trench &c. The rollers 8 or endless bands 13 are raised clear of the ground under ordinary conditions, the beams 2 between which they are carried being connected to the axle by a spring 4 and pivot. One or more of the rollers may be connected to the beams 2 by springs or two rollers may be carried by smaller beams pivoted to the main beams 2.
