Breech actions, drop-down barrel.-Consists in selective ejector mechanism comprising, for each barrel, a spring-pressed extractor 1, the leg 4 of which is adapted to be engaged, when the hammer 11 has fallen, by a projection 6 on the cocking-lever 7, so that when the barrels are opened, the extractor is first positively moved to the rear as shown in Fig. 3, and is then released to allow the spring 2 to cause the ejection.
